Margaret Field is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She is a compassionate and dedicated professional who works with adults, adolescents and children. She works collaboratively with each client, tailoring interventions and approaches to reflect their individual needs. Margaret creates an empathetic environment that allows individuals to feel respected, seen and safe to explore their emotions. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has the potential to overcome challenges and lead a fulfilling life. Her clinical framework encompasses a variety of evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Adlerian therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Margaret has experience working with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, confidence and self-esteem, as well as interpersonal issues and emotional regulation.
