She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences and a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology from the University of Toronto (OISE).
Negin believes that every individual has a unique story that deserves to be heard. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Negin has significant experience working with children and adolescents, bringing curiosity and creativity into her sessions. She believes that connecting with young clients through their interests and personality is an important part of building trust. She is also passionate about supporting young adults through the challenges of emerging adulthood.
In today’s fast-paced world, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or lost along the way. Negin strives to provide a supportive space where young adults can explore their identities, navigate life’s transitions, and discover their own path. Negin welcomes clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, with particular interests in clinical anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ERP, and EMDR, she works collaboratively with clients to develop strategies that reflect their individual needs and goals.
