In practice, Alice uses a Positive Psychology framework in addition to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-focused therapy (EFT). She works with each client to find the best approach for their individual needs.
